Dr Anthony Howard is a leadership thinker and advisor, former adjunct associate professor at the University of Notre Dame Australia, and often referred to as the "CEO Whisperer" — a trusted confidant to chief executives across multiple industries and continents.

His published work spans peer-reviewed scholarship, doctoral research advancing a theory of leadership grounded in personhood rather than traits, behaviours or competencies, and his book Humanise: Why Human-Centred Leadership is the Key to the 21st Century — which demonstrates how timeless insights about what it means to be a person can help leaders build stronger organisations and healthier societies.
