Tracy has over 30 years of experience in various sectors including a for-profit global oil & energy company, an environmental firm and non-profits such as the citizens advocacy group of the United Nations Association USA San Francisco Chapter.
She brings know-how in coaching small venture capital companies, strategic planning & competitive intelligence, brand management, leadership development, recruitment, and diversity & inclusion.
Tracy builds collaboration amongst various parties and was especially successful in her work with an international trade association in the airline industry. She is a strong advocate of education and building pathways through the arts to support young people.
Tracy is a voice student and applies her learnings to the art of chanting ancient byzantine sacred music. She is an art collector, loves bead-embroidery and enjoys cooking authentic ethnic cuisine.
